nene koyama / 古山寧々
Born in Gifu, Japan in 1999.
After graduating from the Media Arts course at Tama Art University,
I completed the master’s program at the same university.
I am currently a research fellow at the
Takinoue Laboratory, Laboratory for Chemistry and Life Science,
Institute of Integrated Research, Institute of Science Tokyo,
where I also develop my artworks within the laboratory environment.
Through the fusion of science and art, her practice explores “relations between humans and non-humans” and “humans as seen from non-human perspectives.”
Selected for the 29th Student CG Award; received Outstanding Graduation Work (2023); exhibited at the 2025 Graduate Selected Exhibition and the ICC Kids Program 2023, among others.
